Imran Khan of Pakistan

Imran Khan is debatably one of the best all-rounders to have ever play the match. He made his Test debut against England in 1971 but sadly, he went wicket-less in the match. The fast bowler became a quick superstar in 1975, when he picked up 5 wickets in two ODI matches against England at an average of 11.80.

Khan declared his retirement after the 1987 World Cup as the Pakistan team did not make it further than the semi-final stage. But, upon President Zia-ul-Haq’s request, he made a return into international cricket in 1988, leading Pakistan for their solo World Cup win in 1992.
