In the 1st test match between Sri Lanka and India during Indian tour of Sri Lanka at Colombo on 2 August 1997Jayasuriya and Mahanama of Sri Lankan team made 576 runs on the 2nd wicket partnership. But sadly, the match was drawn. 

Andrew Jones & Martin Crowe 

In the 1st test match between New Zealand and Sri Lanka during Sri Lankan tour of New Zealand at Wellington on 31 January 1991, Jones and Crowe of New Zealand team partnered for the 3rd wicket and made 467 runs. This match was drawn. 

Bill Ponsford & Sir Donald Bradman 

In the 5th test match between Australia and England during Australian tour of England at London on 18 August 1934Ponsford and Bradman of Australian team went on making 451 runs for the 2nd wicket partnership. Australia won that test match by 562 runs. 

Mudassar Nazar & Javed Miandad 

In the 4th test match between India and Pakistan during Indian tour of Pakistan at Hyderabad in the Sindh province of Pakistan on 14 January 1983, for the 3rd wicket partnership Nazar and Miandad of Pakistani team made 451 runs. Pakistan won by an innings and 119 runs. 

Adam Voges & Shaun Marsh 

In the 1st test match between Australia and West Indies during West Indies tour of Australia at Hobart on 10 December 2015, Voges and Marsh of Australian team made 449 runs for the 4th wicket partnership. Australian team won by an innings and 212 runs. 

Sir Conrad Hunte & Sir Garry Sobers 

In the 3rd test match between Pakistan and West Indies during Pakistan tour of West Indies at Kingston on 26 February 1958, Hunte and Sobers of West Indies team succeeded in scoring 446 runs for the 2nd wicket partnership West Indies won by 174 runs and an innings. 

Marvan Atapattu & Kumar Sangakkara 

In the 2nd test match between Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka during Sri Lankan tour of Zimbabwe at Bulawayo on 14 May 2004Atapattu and Sangakkara of Sri Lankan team scored 438 runs for the 2nd wicket partnership. Sri Lanka won by 254 runs and an innings. 

Mahela Jayawardene & Thilan Samaraweera 

In the 1st test match between Sri Lanka and Pakistan during Sri Lanka tour of Pakistan at Karachi on 21 February 2009, Jayawardene and Samaraweera of Sri Lankan team scored 437 runs for the 4th wicket partnership. This match was drawn. 

JA Rudolph & HH Dippenaar 

In the 1st test match between Bangladesh and South Africa during South African tour of Bangladesh at Chittagong on 24 April 2003, Rudolph and Dippenaar of South African team scored 429* for the 3rd wicket partnership. South Africa won by 60 runs and an innings.
