Desmond Haynes – West Indies

The West Indies cricketer held many records previously that included most runs and maximum centuries. Desmond Haynes’ was consistent performer throughout his career. During his last match on 5 March 1994, he scored 115 against England at Queen’s Park Oval.

Klass-Jan van Noortwijk & Jan Kloppenburg – Netherlands

Noortwijk holds the record of highest individual score by a Netherland cricketer in one day international. During World Cup 2003 and his last match on 3 March 2003, he scored unbeaten 134 against Namibia at Mangaung Oval.

Another Netherland batsman, Jan Kloppenburg scored 121 runs in the same match. Kloppenburg too bid farewell to the cricket fraternity after this match.

James Marshall – New Zealand

Marshall managed to score his maiden century only in his last match. The Kiwi player scored 161 runs against Ireland on 1 July 2008 at Mannofield Park.
