The Sri Lankan juggernaut, ArjunaRanatungais the world cup winning captain for the nation till now. He had participated in 5 world cup editions and won the cup in 1996 at the 4th attempt.

Wasim Akram – 1987, 1992, 1996, 1999, 2003

Pakistan won the world cup in 1992. Wasim Akram won the cup in the 2nd attempt. Following that he participated in 3 more world cup editions.
